Magnolia Tax Services was initially founded in the inner city of Chicago to assist small businesses with their tax and accounting needs. We later expanded our footprint to Milwaukee! Our commitment to serving small businesses, no matter where they are located, sets us apart. We have scaled our firm virtually, ensuring that we can assist individuals and business owners wherever they may be, providing them with the expertise and support they need.

Our Founder
Eugene Marshall is the Founder and CEO of Magnolia Tax Services. He is an Enrolled Agent (EA). Eugene is federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and, like CPAs and attorneys, have unlimited representation rights. He specializes in advanced tax strategies to reduce his client’s tax liability through effective tax planning. Eugene has several years of tax experience, including preparing taxes for individuals and small businesses.
Eugene is also an avid real estate investor. He owns a real estate investing company that acquires multi-family properties within the inner city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Eugene believes owning real estate and having a small business is the cornerstone of building wealth.
Greg Gary is an IRS Enrolled Agent and Circular 230 Practitioner. He has defended tax controversy cases for both business and individual tax matters. He has managed tax staff and is a certified tax trainer. Greg has specialties in tax debt resolution, high net worth tax preparation, S Corp, C Corp, Partnerships, and individual tax preparation. He also handles FBAR, Expat preparation (all foreign disclosures), and entity formation. Greg is married and has six children. He is a graduate of Lincoln University of Missouri.
Adam Beckman is a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a robust background in financial reporting and accounting. With invaluable experience in audit roles at both KPMG and RSM, Adam brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Based in Austin, TX, he is dedicated to providing top-notch financial solutions and insights to our clients.
